This is the employee handbook I use in my own grooming salon, offered at a significant discount in template format for other grooming or pet care businesses to customize. This employee handbook was created in collaboration with HR specialists and my attorney. It is a Word doc format, and I've made the major changes red so you can easily go through and add your business name to it where applicable.
